This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in a month at 23:59 BST. The Vacancy We are seeking an Investment Operations Analyst to join our Hymans Robertson Investment Services Operations team. This role offers a significant opportunity to help shape the team and play a key part in our business growth as a Discretionary Fund Manager. What will your role look like? As part of the Investment Operations team, you will report to a Senior Investment Operations Analyst and work collaboratively with a wide range of business partners including portfolio managers, business development managers, investment analysts, and other support units. The role requires some experience of investment administration, preferably from a portfolio or fund management background, but brokerage, custodian, and platform administration experience will also be considered. Key tasks include: Administer changes to portfolios on our management systems and external databases. Review and prepare client reports, including portfolio Factsheets. Implement and monitor portfolios on retail wrap platforms. Reconcile and validate portfolio records. Monitor client fee collection and payments. Engage with Wrap Platforms on asset availability and onboarding. Support governance meetings and relationship management. Maintain procedure guides and checklists. Assist in mailbox management and query resolution. Contribute to projects and initiatives. Candidate requirements: Experience in investment portfolio administration preferred; fund or asset administration considered. Thorough and detail-oriented. Proactive with ideas and improvements. Collaborative with strong teamwork skills. Ability to understand and articulate complex issues. Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
