About the role
As Lifestyles Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in enriching the daily lives of our residents. You will lead and coordinate the Lifestyles Team, ensuring a varied and person-centred programme that reflects residents’ interests, abilities, and life stories. This is a rewarding role for someone with a fun, outgoing approach and a genuine passion for enhancing wellbeing.

What you will be doing:
- Planning and delivering meaningful activities tailored to residents’ interests and physical and cognitive abilities.
- Encouraging active participation and creating inclusive, engaging experiences.
- Coordinating tasks and supporting the Lifestyles Team.
- Ensuring a varied and stimulating programme of daily events.
- Working closely with care staff and family members to truly understand each resident’s background, interests, and life experiences.
- Sharing best practice and encouraging all staff to take an active role in residents’ activities.
