We’re looking for a dedicated and hardworking Housekeeper to join our warm, friendly, and supportive care home community, where your work truly makes a difference in the daily lives of our residents.

Location: Hyllden Heights, 140 Tonbridge Road, Hildenborough, Tonbridge TN11 9HJ

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay: £13.20 per hour

Contract: Full-time

Shift: Days

What you will be doing:

  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across residents’ rooms and communal areas throughout the home
  • Carrying out daily cleaning routines and deep-clean schedules
  • Ensuring laundry is washed, dried, and returned promptly
  • Supporting infection control procedures
  • Working as part of a friendly team that puts residents’ wellbeing first

What you need:

  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous housekeeping experience (care home experience is a bonus but not essential)
  • A warm and respectful approach when working in residents’ personal spaces
