We are looking for an inspiring Lifestyles Team Leader to join our growing care home family and lead the planning and delivery of meaningful, engaging activities for our residents. About the role

As Lifestyles Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in enriching the daily lives of our residents. You will lead and coordinate the Lifestyles Team, ensuring a varied and person‑centred programme that reflects residents’ interests, abilities, and life stories. This is a rewarding role for someone with a fun, outgoing approach and a genuine passion for enhancing wellbeing.

Location: Hyllden Heights, 140 Tonbridge Road, Hildenborough, Tonbridge TN11 9HJ

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay: £17.00 per hour

Contract: Full time

Shift: Days

What you will be doing:

  • Planning and delivering meaningful activities tailored to residents’ interests and physical and cognitive abilities.
  • Encouraging active participation and creating inclusive, engaging experiences.
  • Coordinating tasks and supporting the Lifestyles Team.
  • Ensuring a varied and stimulating programme of daily events.
  • Working closely with care staff and family members to truly understand each resident’s background, interests, and life experiences.
  • Sharing best practice and encouraging all staff to take an active role in residents’ activities.
