Location: Hyllden Heights, 140 Tonbridge Road, Hildenborough, Tonbridge TN11 9HJ

Hours: 40.25 hours per week

Pay: £13.20 per hour

Contract: Full time

Shift: Nights (including some weekends)

  • Providing excellent care and support to our residents throughout the night
  • Assisting with mobility, comfort and safety needs
  • Carrying out regular checks and responding to any night-time requirements
  • Keeping accurate records and communicating effectively
  • Maintaining a calm, reassuring environment for our residents

What you need:

  • A can-do attitude
  • Be a compassionate and caring person
  • Be a true team player
  • Have experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker – this is advantageous but not essential as full training is given
