The primary purpose of the Family Liaison Officer at Hylands School is to act as a dedicated advocate and mentor for vulnerable learners, including those who are eligible for the pupil premium grant, students with SEND, and those experiencing barriers to learning.
The post-holder will establish regular, meaningful contact with pupils and their families to build lasting, trusting relationships with the school community, acting as a critical bridge between home and school.
