Currently, we are looking for a Senior Vendor Compliance Advisor, who will join the International Legal/Sourcing Team.

What you will be doing

The Vendor Compliance Advisor is responsible for the creation, maintenance, documentation, and support of documentation and other information regarding vendor relationships with the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new vendors including initial due diligence and risk assessments.
  • Maintain and update vendor records and assist with the vendor management solution and vendor onboarding process.
  • Complete periodic vendor due diligence and risk assessments.
  • Provide ongoing vendor oversight, such as the re-credentialing of existing vendors, including ensuring data integrity.
  • Participate in the vendor scorecard process.
  • Assist with exception requests.
  • Develop and maintain professional and dependable relationships with both business stakeholders and vendors.
  • Participate in reviewing work processes with Sourcing management.
  • Develop, maintain, and review policies and procedures in alignment with current Sourcing and Compliance program requirements.
  • Mentor, coach, train, and provide feedback to other team members; may provide feedback to leadership on the abilities of the team.

  • Bachelor\’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job.
  • Experience with administrative processes, vendor or contractor performance reviews, and compliance.

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
  • Strong collaborative skills, applied successfully within the team as well as with other areas.
  • Sharp, fast learner with a technology curiosity and aptitude.

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong ability to use sound judgment and appropriately escalate issues for guidance.

  • Strong ability to develop and use engaging, informative, and compelling presentation methodologies.
  • Microsoft Office proficient.
