The Senior Software Solutions Engineer is responsible for the design, build, and implementation of tailored business applications built upon the company's software platforms to address specific business challenges. This position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to understand solution requirements, assess technical needs, and deliver solutions that improve business outcomes for customers and partners within specified release timelines.

Your Role Responsibilities — Here's What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with key project stakeholders to author, review, and approve technical requirements and design documents for solutions that address industry needs, leveraging current documentation and design best practices.
  • Configure complex software solutions adhering to both functional and non-functional requirements, following established design patterns and best practices.
  • Perform initial testing of complex solution configurations, applying knowledge of testing methodologies, considering edge cases and error conditions, and documenting detailed testing criteria for the quality assurance team.
  • Act as the main contact for customers and partners as part of early adoption programs, including solution deployment, complex troubleshooting, translating feedback into product requirements, and ensuring a positive user experience.
  • Document solution configuration best practices, providing clear and consistent guidelines for use across solution-building teams.
  • Mentor, coach, and provide timely feedback to team members, contributing to their technical development and overall team performance.

Role Essentials

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with relevant database and cloud technologies, including configuring, designing, and deploying software in enterprise-wide projects.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact.
  • Strong facilitation, project management, and leadership skills with sound judgment and business acumen.
  • Strong data gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to independently learn and apply new technologies and best practices.
