Key Responsibilities
- Carry out reactive and planned maintenance works in occupied and void social housing properties.
* Complete a range of multi-trade tasks including
- Carpentry
- Basic Plumbing
- Patch Plastering
- Tiling
- Painting & Decorating
- General Repairs and Maintenance
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard.
- Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures. Requirements
- Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative.
- Previous experience within social housing or property maintenance.
- Competent across a variety of trades.
- Full UK driving licence.
