We are seeking an organised, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Managing Director of a leading construction company based in the West Midlands. This is a varied role requiring excellent organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the Managing Director's diary, inbox, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Preparing presentations, reports, and meeting documentation.
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinating communications, organising meetings and events.
- Maintaining confidential records.
- Providing administrative support to ensure the efficient running of the Managing Director's office.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior management.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently and demonstrate a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Experience within the construction sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
