We are currently looking for a Multiskilled Engineer to work on one of our void contracts. This is an ongoing contract with all works undertaken in Walsall and surrounding areas.

The works include:

  • Kitchen Replacements
  • Bathroom Replacements
  • Void Works (including changing doors, skirting, etc.)
  • Plastering and decoration works

Electrical and flooring completed by others.

Requirements:

  • CSCS Card required
  • Asbestos Awareness (we can support you with this)
  • Full Driving Licence

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: Construction & Extraction Occupations: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification: CSCS (preferred), Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: On the road

Direct or Subcontracting positions available.
