As our workload continues to expand, we're looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing

As Electrical Supervisor, you'll oversee electrical installations from initial strip-out through to testing, commissioning, and handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Supervising electrical refurbishment, retrofit, upgrade, and fit-out projects.
  • Managing electricians, subcontractors, and site teams to achieve programme deadlines.
  • Coordinating materials, plant, and labour to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Ensuring all installations comply with current electrical regulations and project specifications.
  • Working closely with site managers, clients, and other trades within occupied and live environments.
  • Identifying and resolving on-site challenges while maintaining programme and quality.
  • Promoting a strong health and safety culture across every project.
  • Supporting successful project delivery from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

You'll be a confident and organised Electrical Supervisor with experience delivering refurbishment projects and leading site teams.

You'll ideally have

  • Proven experience supervising electrical refurbishment or commercial fit-out projects.
  • Strong knowledge of working within existing buildings and live environments.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Good organisational and planning skills.
  • A full UK driving licence.
