The Role: Managing the commercial aspects of social housing and new build domestic projects from pre-contract through to final account, ensuring costs are controlled and value is protected throughout. Key Responsibilities: - Preparing cost estimates, budgets and valuations across social housing and new build domestic contracts - Managing subcontractor accounts, variations and final accounts - Monitoring project costs against budget and reporting to senior management - Liaising with housing association clients on commercial matters - Supporting procurement and contract administration What We're Looking For: - Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) preferred - Proven QS experience within social housing or residential construction - Strong commercial and negotiation skills - Valid CSCS card essential - Own transport essential - Willing to work from Walsall and surrounding areas What's on Offer: - Up to £60,000 depending on experience - A genuine opportunity to grow within a fast-expanding social housing business
