About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, professional, and detail-oriented Luxury Residential Cleaner to maintain a prestigious private apartment to an exceptional standard. This is a permanent role for someone who takes genuine pride in delivering immaculate results and understands the expectations of high-end residential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain all rooms to a luxury standard.
- Dust and polish delicate and high-value surfaces with care.
- Vacuum and mop all flooring using appropriate cleaning methods.
- Clean and sanitise kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas.
- Make beds and ensure bedrooms are presented to a hotel-quality finish.
- Empty bins and replenish household essentials where required.
- Report any maintenance issues or damaged items immediately.
- Follow client preferences and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Ensure the property is consistently presented to the highest possible standard.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience cleaning luxury homes, premium apartments, hotels, or private residences.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Professional, trustworthy, and reliable.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
Desirable
- Experience working with high-net-worth or VIP clients.
- Knowledge of caring for luxury finishes, marble, natural stone, premium wood, designer furniture, and specialist appliances.
- Ability to identify when specialist cleaning products and techniques are required.
