Hygiene Pro Clean is a nationwide and international manufacturer and decontamination service provider.

We manufacture our Ultrasonic Atomiser delivery system and deliver anti-bacterial and anti-viral decontamination services, products, and training to a wide range of public, emergency service and private sector businesses, leaving workforces, vehicles, and buildings safe from any known pathogens.

The Role

We are recruiting for a competent Business & Sales Administrator based at our head office in the West Midlands.

As a Sales Administrator you will be required to cover functions in Business Administration, Sales, HR, Finance &

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, driven, adaptable, personable and someone who enjoys a challenge and working alongside a new and energetic team.

Responsibilities

  • Direct admin support into the Managing Director
  • Specific tasks as required by the management
  • To promote the company image and develop good customer/company relationships.
  • To work on the timely delivery of quotations, customer proposals and costings.
  • To assist in the delivery of marketing activities to support various marketing campaigns including social media and liaising with external marketing agencies
  • Process payments, expenses, invoicing and expedite receivables through Xero accounting software
  • To maintain and manage housekeeping of leads generated through marketing activities- updating XERO business system
  • Basic HR duties such as holidays, time & attendance, third party training and training compliance etc.
  • To establish with customers all relevant information including who will be placing the order, competitive price levels, specification required, start date and delivery requirements, site contact name and telephone number.
  • Monthly update of business performance measures & Metrics.
  • To organise arrangements for trade shows and event organisation.
  • To support the Directors and other colleagues with any additional duties or tasks as may be reasonably expected within the scope of the role
