Monday - Friday | 07:00 - 15:30 (45-minute lunch break)

The Role

This is a pivotal internal sales role responsible for helping turn opportunities into orders. Working alongside our Client Relations Managers, you'll play a key role in progressing project opportunities, coordinating quotations, maintaining CRM excellence, and ensuring clients receive a first-class experience throughout the sales journey. You'll act as the vital link between our sales team and estimating department, ensuring quotations are accurate, competitive, and delivered on time. You'll also ensure actions from client meetings, calls, and project discussions are captured within Salesforce and followed through to completion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, organisation, relationship management, and keeping multiple projects moving forward simultaneously.

  • Support Client Relations Managers in progressing and closing project opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain project pipelines within Salesforce.
  • Follow up quotations, proposals, and project opportunities to maximise conversion.
  • Book appointments and support Client Relations Managers with sales activities and client engagement.
  • Monitor project opportunities and proactively identify risks, delays, or actions required.
  • Coordinate handovers between sales, estimating, and operational teams.
  • Support reporting, pipeline reviews, and sales performance tracking.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across sales and project processes.

Experience in internal sales, sales support, project coordination, business development, or a similar commercial role.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.

Experience within construction, fit-out, healthcare, or project-based environments would be advantageous.

Opportunities are progressed efficiently through the sales pipeline.

CRM data is current, reliable, and actionable.

Client Relations Managers are fully supported and able to focus on building relationships and winning business.

Excellent collaboration between sales, estimating, and delivery teams.
