A large and highly prestigious law firm is looking for an experienced, upbeat, and highly skilled legal document production specialist with a wealth of experience in a full legal document production role working for a law firm. This is a full-time, permanent document production position working on the evening shift. The successful candidate can choose their preferred afternoon/evening shift from the following options:
- 1pm – 9pm
- 2pm – 10pm
- 3pm – 11pm
- 4pm – 12am

The firm is looking for a document specialist with a flair/interest in design who can support with PowerPoint pitches and presentations. Core responsibilities include providing an accurate and high-quality document production service, which encompasses:
- Producing high-quality legal documentation using templates or tailored as per requirements (including MS Word, PPT, Excel, and Adobe PDF)
- Document health checks/cleaning and converting
- Graphics/Charts
- Document conversions
- Offering Circulars, Legal Review Reports, Client Briefings, Technical Bulletins, Mail-Merge, eMailers
- Cross-reference checking
- Revisions and amendments
- Comparisons/blacklining
- Copy typing
- Audio typing
This firm practises team support and works collaboratively with team members to ensure the provision of first-class support services to fee earners globally.
