Fully Remote Evening Legal Document Production Specialist

Evening shift of 6pm – 2am

Large prestigious law firm are looking for a Document Specialist to join their central Document Production team on a full-time permanent basis. This is a fully remote evening shift role working from home on the 6pm – 2am evening shift. The salary for this role is approx. £35,500 plus a very generous benefits package including impressive annual bonus, full private medical insurance, and a host of other perks!

Within this new remote evening shift position responsibilities will include :

• Responsible for accurate and timely document preparation according to established templates, brand guidelines and production best practices.

• To serve as a key client interface for the firms Document Centre services.

• Keen to be flexible and have extensive MS Office skills.

• Consistently deliver high quality services on time, with a focus on responsiveness, client satisfaction, effective client communication and client service orientation.

• At least 4 years\’ experience working within the legal document production field.

• Excellent communicator and be able to build effective client relationships based on trust, flexibility and a professional approach and be able to deal confidently with clients.

• Develop and maintain relationships with the team and key stakeholders.

• Cover for workflow.

This firm are looking for a candidate with excellent MS Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and someone who can show initiative and good judgment, as well as being able to work independently.

The successful candidate must be able to maintain confidential information and work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and creative environment.
