The role
As part of the firm's specialist Document Production team, you'll produce, format and amend a wide variety of legal documents to the highest standards, delivering an accurate and responsive service in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Producing, formatting and amending legal documents using firm templates
- Processing document conversions and managing PDF workflows
- Completing digital dictation, document repairs and complex formatting
- Creating organisation charts and PowerPoint presentations
- Managing documents within the firm's cloud-based document management system
- Conducting thorough quality checks before returning completed work
- Delivering a high-quality service while meeting tight deadlines
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Legal Document Production Specialist within a law firm
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Word
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat and Visio
- Exceptional formatting skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
