Prestigious law firm are looking for an experienced and organised Document Production Assistant Manager to lead their evening shift team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our document production service—maintaining exceptional quality and client service across the firm.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, support, and develop the evening Document Production team.
- Oversee workflow using BigHand Now, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Provide hands-on document production support when needed.
- Act as the main point of contact for client queries during the evening shift.
- Work closely with the Day Assistant Manager to maintain a cohesive, high-performing service.
