What You'll Be Doing
As Creative Design Lead, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on creativity, helping to shape and evolve the firm's visual identity while leading and inspiring a talented team.
You'll
- Lead, mentor and develop a small team of designers, fostering creativity and collaboration.
- Take ownership of creative workflows, resource planning and external creative partners.
- Design and deliver exceptional creative across digital and print, including campaigns, presentations, social media, events, websites, advertising and marketing collateral.
- Champion the firm's brand identity, ensuring consistency and excellence across every touchpoint.
- Partner with senior marketing, business development and events teams to create innovative design solutions that support business growth.
- Manage production and supplier relationships to deliver outstanding quality on time and within budget.

You'll have
- Around
7-9 years' professional design experience, ideally within professional services, financial services or another corporate environment.
- Previous experience leading, mentoring or coaching designers.
- An impressive portfolio showcasing sophisticated print and digital design.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (In Design, Photoshop and Illustrator), with Figma experience highly desirable.
- A strong understanding of branding, typography, digital and print production.
- Excellent organisational, project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Motion graphics or After Effects experience would be advantageous but isn't essential.
