Evening Legal Document Production Specialist
Permanent – Full Time | Fully Remote | £34,000 per annum
Hours: 5pm – 1am, Monday to Friday
A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Document Production Specialist to join its dedicated team on a fully remote basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a prestigious international firm, providing high-quality document support while enjoying the flexibility of home-based working. The working hours will be 5pm – 1am Monday – Friday and the annual salary will be £34,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering a first-class document production service using in-house Word templates.
- Handling a wide range of requests including amends, conversions, working with PDFs, digital dictation, repairing documents, organisation charts, and presentations.
- Managing files via a cloud-based system, ensuring all work is properly checked in/out.
- Performing thorough quality control before returning completed work to fee earners.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a legal document production role within a law firm.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (particularly Word) and familiarity with additional software such as Visio and Adobe Acrobat.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to liaise across departments.
- A proactive team player who can also work independently when required.
