Permanent position with a salary of £55,000 per annum. The role involves working 3 days from the central London office and 2 days from home, with hours from 9:30am to 5:30pm.
We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer ready to take the next step in a high-performing, design-led environment. This is a permanent Graphic Designer role for someone with 5+ years’ experience within a professional services, corporate or financial environment. You will play a key role in delivering high-end, creative and impactful design across a wide range of channels.
This position is with a high-performing law firm known for its entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence, combining top-tier work with a collaborative, supportive culture where individuals genuinely thrive. You will join a close-knit, energetic design team within Marketing & Business Development, working alongside senior stakeholders across the firm. This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same, from pitch documents and thought leadership reports to digital campaigns and event materials.
A key focus will be embedding a newly launched brand identity, ensuring consistency while bringing creativity within established guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Create high-quality branded materials across print and digital
- Design pitch documents, brochures and thought leadership reports
- Build and adapt InDesign templates from brand guidelines
- Develop presentations and data visualisations in PowerPoint
- Produce assets for email, social media and web
- Support campaigns, events and editorial content
- Maintain brand consistency and quality control
- Collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities
- Assist with workflow coordination when required
- 5+ years’ experience in a professional services design environment
- Strong layout, typography and brand application skills
- Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills (InDesign essential)
- Confident PowerPoint and data visualisation ability
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with precision
- A proactive, adaptable and detail-driven mindset
- Desirable: motion graphics, Figma, Canva, Ceros, or interest in AI tools
- Salary up to £55,000
- Hybrid working: 3 days in London office / 2 from home
