Highly prestigious law firm in London are seeking an experienced Legal Document Specialist / Workflow Coordinator to join their in-house Document Centre team. This fully remote role offers a great opportunity to develop your skills within a professional services environment.
This is a 50/50 role, combining document production with workflow coordination to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction. This is an initial 12-month contract but does have the potential to be made permanent after the initial 12 months. This is a full-time role working fully remotely from home from 07:30 – 15:30 Monday to Friday, and offering a basic salary of up to £51,000 per annum.
About the Role
- Produce and format high-quality, professional documents in line with brand guidelines
- Manage and prioritise workflow to meet deadlines and client expectations
- Provide document troubleshooting and technical support
- Act as a key point of contact for team queries and workflow coordination
- Monitor productivity, identify risks, and escalate issues where needed
- Support reporting and resource planning for the team
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure clear communication across shifts
