Working Hours: 07:30 – 15:30

Highly prestigious law firm in London are seeking an experienced Legal Document Specialist / Workflow Coordinator to join their in-house Document Centre team. This fully remote role offers a great opportunity to develop your skills within a professional services environment. This is a 50/50 role, combining document production with workflow coordination to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • Produce and format high-quality, professional documents in line with brand guidelines
  • Manage and prioritise workflow to meet deadlines and client expectations
  • Provide document troubleshooting and technical support
  • Act as a key point of contact for team queries and workflow coordination
  • Monitor productivity, identify risks, and escalate issues where needed
  • Support reporting and resource planning for the team
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure clear communication across shifts

  • Experience in document production within a professional services environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Familiarity with workflow management systems
  • Advanced technical skills in document production tools
