Salary: £80,000 Are you a highly creative corporate designer with a passion for leading people and delivering exceptional brand experiences?
We're looking for a Creative Design Lead to join an in-house marketing team and lead a talented team of designers, creating impactful visual communications that support business development, client engagement, and marketing initiatives.
This new permanent position is working for a leading law firm in London on a fulltime basis offering hybrid working of 3 days in the City of London office, and 2 days from home.
The annual salary is starting at £80,000 plus an exceptionally generous annual bonus and benefits package is included.
This is a rare and exciting position which would suit an experienced Graphic Designer looking to take a step up, or a skilled Design Lead who is looking for a fresh new opportunity which offers scope, growth, development and an incredible culture, and working environment.
This is a hands-on design role, which includes leadership, combining team management with creative execution.
You'll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative across both digital and print channels.
What you'll be doing: Lead, mentor, and inspire a small team of designers.
Manage creative workflow, resources and external creative partners.
Design and deliver a wide range of marketing collateral, including digital campaigns, social media, presentations, events, websites, advertising and print materials.
Champion and evolve the firm's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all communications.
Partner with marketing, business development and events teams to develop creative solutions that support business objectives.
Oversee production and vendor relationships to ensure exceptional quality and timely delivery.
What we're looking for: 7–9 years' professional design experience, ideally within professional services, financial services or a corporate environment.
Previous experience leading or mentoring a creative team.
A strong portfolio showcasing sophisticated print and digital design.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator); Figma experience is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of branding, typography, print and digital production.
Excellent project management, organisation and communication skills.
Motion graphics or After Effects experience is a bonus.
