Large international law firm are looking to hire an experienced Legal Document Production Specialist. This is a key evening role, combining hands-on legal document production with ownership of workflow management to ensure seamless service delivery outside core hours.
The role will involve:
- Producing, editing and formatting high-quality legal and business documents using firm templates
- Advanced use of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Supporting fee earners on live matters, deals, pitches and client deliverables
- Creating and formatting presentations, legal updates, brochures and event materials
- Acting as the primary workflow contact from 4.30pm–10pm, monitoring incoming requests and allocating work
- Managing priorities, deadlines and quality standards in line with senior guidance
- Troubleshooting template, style and MS Office issues for users and team members
- Escalating urgent matters appropriately and ensuring smooth handover to the morning team
- Maintaining confidentiality, professionalism and excellent client service at all times
