The role:

  • Supporting delivery of M&E packages across live construction projects
  • Acting as a key link between clients, subcontractors & internal teams
  • Helping develop systems, processes & commercial frameworks
  • Building and strengthening supply chain relationships
  • Supporting technical submissions, tenders & proposals
  • Establishing preferred supplier networks & compliance procedures
  • Assisting with project coordination & contract management
  • Acting as a client-facing M&E representative
  • Recommending and implementing tools/software to improve delivery

We’re looking for:

  • Experience in M&E / Technical Services / Building Services
  • Background with an M&E subcontractor or contractor
  • Strong technical understanding of mechanical & electrical systems
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ambitious, proactive and keen to grow with the business
  • CIBSE qualification (or working towards) preferred
