We’re hiring an experienced Mechanical / Structural / Marine Engineer to lead the design and structural development of advanced marine systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-performance environments and has deep expertise in classification-led marine structural design, analysis, and approval.

What You’ll Bring

  • Degree in Naval, Mechanical, Structural, or Marine Engineering
  • 5–10 years’ experience designing marine structures for class approval
  • Strong 3D modelling and parametric design experience
  • Proficiency in Siemens NX, Autodesk Inventor, or similar CAD tools
  • Expertise in structural analysis, including FEA and hand calculations
  • Proven ability to translate complex load cases into validated structural designs
  • Experience working directly with classification societies (DNV, LR, NK, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of DFMA, structural integrity, and manufacturability
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

  • Experience with fatigue, buckling, and large welded structures
  • Exposure to aero-structural or performance-led structural systems
  • Model validation using real-world test data
