Our client is a fast-growing maritime technology company developing innovative wind-assisted propulsion systems that help commercial shipping reduce fuel consumption and emissions. They are now looking for a Project Manager to help drive delivery across engineering, suppliers, and shipyards as the business scales. This is a hands-on delivery role focused on execution, coordination, and momentum — not just reporting. You will help move projects from concept through to installation and operation, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and on budget.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree or technical background in engineering, marine, manufacturing, or similar
  • Experience in project management, project coordination, engineering, or manufacturing environments
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to work closely with engineering teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple suppliers, teams, and workstreams
  • Strong organisational skills and structured thinking
  • Comfortable creating structure in fast-moving environments
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and delivery-driven
  • Shipping or maritime knowledge would be highly advantageous

Nice to Have

  • Marine, shipbuilding, or offshore experience

The Role

You will play a key role in keeping projects moving at pace across technical, supplier, and operational teams. Responsibilities include:
