Our client is a fast-growing maritime technology company developing innovative wind-assisted propulsion systems that help commercial shipping reduce fuel consumption and emissions. They are now looking for a Project Manager to help drive delivery across engineering, suppliers, and shipyards as the business scales. This is a hands-on delivery role focused on execution, coordination, and momentum — not just reporting. You will help move projects from concept through to installation and operation, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and on budget.
What We're Looking For
- Degree or technical background in engineering, marine, manufacturing, or similar
- Experience in project management, project coordination, engineering, or manufacturing environments
- Strong technical understanding and ability to work closely with engineering teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple suppliers, teams, and workstreams
- Strong organisational skills and structured thinking
