A growing, well-established law firm is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its highly regarded property team. You’ll manage a varied caseload and work with a broad mix of clients, advising on commercial property matters from initial instruction through to completion.

The role involves managing a varied commercial property caseload from instruction through to completion, including acquisitions and disposals, leases, landlord and tenant matters, due diligence and property support on corporate transactions. You’ll work closely with clients and other professional advisers, providing practical, commercially focused advice and helping transactions progress efficiently. There’s also scope to contribute to business development, process improvement and legal technology, with opportunities to support junior colleagues depending on experience.

What we’re looking for:

  • Around 3–10 years’ PQE, or equivalent commercial property experience
  • Experience managing your own commercial property caseload
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of commercial property law and Land Registry processes
  • A practical, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
  • Strong client communication and organisational skills

Candidates with a shorter or clearly defined notice period are particularly welcome.
