We’re looking for a hands-on Senior IGA / SailPoint Consulting Engineer to join a growing identity security practice and work across a range of enterprise client projects. The role is hybrid and flexible at its core, with a London office base and flexibility around how and where you work. You’ll be involved across the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements and solution design through to configuration, integrations, application onboarding and deployment. This role will suit someone who enjoys solving complex identity challenges, working closely with clients and continuing to develop towards architecture and technical leadership.

Key requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ, IdentityNow or Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
  • Good knowledge of IGA/IAM, including identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications and provisioning
  • Experience with integrations, connectors and technologies such as REST, SCIM, Active Directory / Entra ID
  • Confident working with clients and stakeholders, including best practice guidance, requirements gathering and creating technical solutions.
