The role:
- Supporting delivery of M&E packages across live construction projects
- Acting as a key link between clients, subcontractors & internal teams
- Building and strengthening supply chain relationships
- Supporting technical submissions, tenders & proposals
- Establishing preferred supplier networks & compliance procedures
- Assisting with project coordination & contract management
- Acting as a client-facing M&E representative
- Recommending and implementing tools/software to improve delivery
Experience:
- Experience in M&E / Technical Services / Building Services
- Background with an M&E subcontractor or contractor
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical & electrical systems
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ambitious, proactive and keen to grow with the business
- CIBSE qualification (or working towards) preferred
