Project Coordinator to work on a large business transformation technology program. This is a contract role at a rate of £300 to £350 (inside IR35) that will require you on site (just outside London) twice a week. Task list / requirements: Manages changes to the program MS teams site structure Maintains the programme high level plan with any changes as defined by the program manager Manages workstream updates to the programme detailed plan Collates and chases down weekly workstream reporting Attends, documents and distributes programme meeting outputs Manages the program risks & issues log Interacts with other departments as required by the program manager (Setting up meetings, getting information/documentation as required) Supports the program manager in preparing programme documentation including and not limited to (Programme reporting packs/processes/financial tracking, etc) Sets up and maintains the resource leave tracker Sets up meetings based on best delegates availability as required Supports Service introduction with setting up meetings with the right stakeholders Manages communications at a programme level to the relevant stakeholder groups Manages the programme mail inbox (If one is required) Raises any orders (If required) Accountable for creating and managing the program change log Captures department sub-processes Manages any changes to the org chart Essential skillsqualifications: Must have 3 years minimum experience in similar roles Must be able to manage MS Project plans with confidence Must be able to define and develop process flows/organisation charts in Visio Experience of working with MS teams Advanced MS Excel, MS PowerPoint skills Must be prepared to sign a non-disclosure agreement Must be prepared to work within the a hybrid working policy (2 days a week in the office) Desirable skills: Prince 2 foundation P3O foundation Agile methodology foundation ITIL foundation
