We're thrilled to be working with an established live entertainment company to find an experienced Ticketing Project Manager to join their London-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a busy ticketing function working across a wide range of concerts and live events.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring efficient ticketing operations and smooth audience experiences, collaborating with internal teams, venues, ticket agents, and promoters. This position is a temp role to start mid-July, with the opportunity to turn permanent.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage ticket allocations, sales tracking, and post-event reconciliation
- Maintain up-to-date inventory across all sales channels
- Liaise with ticket agents, marketing, venues, and customer service teams
- Support on-the-day box office operations for large-scale events
- Ensure contractual obligations and revenue targets are met
- Help implement new technologies and optimise processes
- Experience in ticketing, box office, or live event operations
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and high volumes of data (Excel skills essential)
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder confidence
