Director of Operations to join its senior leadership team.
This is a high-ownership opportunity for a commercially minded, people-focused operator who knows how to build exceptional multi-site operations and create the systems, processes and culture required to scale.

- Driving site-level commercial performance, including supplier management, procurement, organisational design and cost optimisation.
- Using data, KPIs and P&L insight to identify opportunities to improve site economics.
- Supporting new-site expansion, particularly around operational design, layouts and OPEX.
- Leading the implementation of AI and automation across the organisation to make operations more efficient.
- Owning health & safety, fire safety, compliance and contractual standards across the portfolio.

- Experience designing and implementing operational processes, standards and systems across multiple locations.
- Experience selecting and implementing technology and automation within an operational environment.
- A genuinely
AI-first mindset and enthusiasm for finding smarter ways of working.

- Obsessed with delivering an exceptional customer and member experience.
- Comfortable with systems, technology and automation.
- A driver rather than a passenger, with a strong sense of ownership.

- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where it doesn't yet exist.
- Passionate about music, content and the wider creative industries.
Why Join?
