An established and growing SaaS software business is looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan and deliver mid-market software implementations, managing projects from initial planning through to successful delivery and go-live.
This is a hands-on project management role, not a consultancy position. The focus is on managing implementation projects from the vendor side, ensuring resources are planned effectively, milestones are achieved and customers receive a smooth delivery experience.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, manage and deliver multiple SaaS implementation projects.
- Coordinate internal teams, resources and customer stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, milestones, risks and dependencies.
- Monitor progress, resolve delivery issues and keep projects on track.
- Lead project meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
- Oversee implementations through to go-live and successful handover.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering SaaS implementations from the vendor side.
- Strong experience planning projects and managing resources.
- Experience delivering mid-market software implementations.
- Confident managing customers, internal teams and competing priorities.
- Finance or accounting software experience would be ideal; payroll systems experience would also be highly relevant.
