We are delighted to be partnering with a global media giant for a Production Accountant. Requiring an immediate start, this role will support the senior management team. This role is ideal for someone with 1β2 years of hands-on experience in post-production coordination, who is confident managing multiple jobs at once and understands the full process from job setup through to reconciliation and financial close.
The successful candidate will be joining a fast-paced environment and will play a key role in ensuring project tracking, financials, and administrative processes are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities- Setting up new jobs in our post-production tracking and finance systems
- Managing job trackers and maintaining up-to-date records
- Monitoring budgets and tracking actuals against forecast
- Performing reconciliations and supporting with cost reporting
- Assisting with project wrap-up and financial close
- Liaising with producers, finance, and other internal teams to gather required information
- Supporting the team during busy year-end period with ad hoc admin and coordination tasks
- 1β2 years of hands-on experience in a post-production support or coordination role
- Experience managing or supporting high volumes of jobs (ideally 100β150)
- Exposure to budgets up to Β£50K per project
- Good communication skills β confident liaising across teams
- Ideally someone who has previously supported a busy post-production environment
