We’re working with a well-established and growing organisation in the live events and entertainment space, looking for a Head of Marketing to lead and evolve a high-performing marketing function. This is a key leadership role focused on bringing structure, clarity, and consistency to a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’ll oversee the delivery of multiple campaigns across a diverse events portfolio, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and with strong commercial impact. This role is less about hands-on execution and more about leading people, optimising processes, and ensuring delivery at scale.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop a marketing team, creating clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability
- Oversee the planning and delivery of multiple concurrent campaigns across events and projects
- Implement and refine processes, workflows, and planning systems to improve efficiency and output
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to a consistently high standard
- Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and visibility across all activity
- Oversee digital marketing performance across paid media, CRM, and audience channels (via team and agency management)
- Use data and reporting to monitor performance, optimise campaigns, and inform decision-making
- Manage budgets, agency relationships, and external partners with a focus on ROI and effectiveness
- Continuously improve ways of working to support a high-output, deadline-driven team
The Ideal Candidate:
- Significant experience in marketing, with a strong track record of leading teams and managing multiple concurrent campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience leading and developing marketing teams
- Background in live events, entertainment, or a creative, campaign-led or project-led environment
- Exceptionally organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong operational mindset, with experience improving processes, workflows, and team structure
- Digitally confident, with a solid understanding of performance marketing and campaign analytics
- A calm, pragmatic leader who is comfortable working under pressure and navigating complexity
- Clear and confident communicator, able to manage a range of stakeholders effectively
- Experience in live events, entertainment, or another high-volume, consumer-facing sector is beneficial
- Open to candidates stepping into their first Head of role with strong leadership foundations
