We’re pleased to be partnering with a well-established, global music giant looking for a Copyright Operations Manager to support its publishing and catalogue operations. This role will sit within a collaborative rights and operations team and will focus on the accurate management of copyright data, registrations, and partner relationships across multiple territories. It’s a great opportunity for someone with solid industry experience who enjoys working at the intersection of copyright, data, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining copyright and publishing data across internal systems
- Supporting registrations and updates with UK and international rights organisations
- Coordinating catalogue deliveries and ongoing data updates with external partners
- Overseeing cue sheet and usage documentation submissions
- Handling copyright-related queries, claims, and partner requests
- Assisting with catalogue set-ups, data analysis, and reporting
