We’re excited to be working with a leading independent music company looking for an International Marketing Managerto join their team. This role is perfect for a proactive, highly organised individual with a passion for music, ready for a step up working with international markets.

Key Duties:

• Coordinate international marketing and promotional campaigns in collaboration with repertoire sources, lead territories, and artist managers.
• Manage relationships with repertoire sources, artist management, and key stakeholders, keeping them updated on campaign activities.
• Oversee marketing budgets for multiple territories and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Work with audience development teams to elevate artist profiles outside their home markets.
• Compile international marketing plans, promo reports, and run multi-territory digital advertising campaigns.
• Organise artist press days, schedule on-tour promotion, and book travel for artists and team members as needed.

The Ideal Candidate?

• 3+ years in a similar international marketing or promotions role within the music industry.
• Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with artists, managers, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
• Strong communication skills, a self-motivated character, and someone keen to collaborate with a hardworking and passionate team!
• Passionate about music with a solid understanding of international markets and repertoire.
• Additional languages are a strong advantage.
