We’re working with an established and growing organisation to appoint a Head of Audience & Marketing Insights to lead its approach to audience development, digital growth and customer insight.
This is a newly evolved leadership role, sitting across audience strategy, CRM, data, digital acquisition, paid media and insights, with responsibility for leading a small specialist team.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead audience growth and acquisition strategy
- Oversee CRM, database and audience insight
- Shape digital and paid media activity across multiple channels
- Use data and insight to identify opportunities and improve performance
- Lead and develop a small specialist team
- Identify new audiences, platforms and opportunities for growth
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape wider strategy
- Continue developing internal capabilities across audience and digital
The Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years’ experience across audience, digital, growth, CRM, paid media or insights
- Experience in an audience-led, consumer-facing or data-driven environment
- Strong understanding of digital acquisition and audience development
- Commercially minded with a strong analytical approach
- Previous people management or team leadership experience
- Strong communicator and stakeholder manager
