A global media giant are seeking an ambitious Group Management Accountant to join their team in the kick off for 2026! Offering real career progression and market leading benefits, this role is ideally suited to a recently qualified finance professional from practice looking to make their first move into a high performing commercial finance team.
Supporting the Finance Director, this role will support across all things reporting, management accounts, statutory accounting and analysis. A fantastic opportunity not to be missed!
Responsibilities:- Leading and consolidating the management accounts on a monthly basis and reporting them to the stakeholders
- Preparing variance analysis against forecast, budget and prior year
- Prepare, review and interrogate submissions for holding & other non-trading accounts
- Assist in the preparation of the statutory accounts for group companies
- Support with the year end audit process
- Prepare the weekly short-term cash-flow forecast
- Consolidation of the budget packs and reporting of the annual budget
- 2024/2025 ACA Qualified
- Ideally from a Big 4 environment, similar backgrounds will be considered
- Working knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP
- Strong system skills including Excel
- Superb communication skills with a real desire to progress and develop your career within industry!
