Contract Administrator – Passive Fire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Office-based
Salary: £32.000 per annum
We’re looking for a proactive Contract Administrator to support our growing Fire Division. You’ll be the key link between clients, engineers, and the operations team coordinating bookings, managing schedules, and handling all related admin to keep projects running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Book fire safety jobs and manage engineer diaries
- Organise callouts and job follow-ups
- Send RAMS, reports, and purchase orders
- Update internal systems (including Bolster)
- Generate materials lists
- Provide general admin support (emails, filing, spreadsheets)
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in fire safety (essential)
- Background in facilities management or similar admin roles
- Confident with Excel, Word, and internal systems
- Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
- Organised, self-motivated, and a team player
