We are delighted to be recruiting an exciting new opportunity for a Financial Reporting Manager at a leading media agency. This newly created role will partner with the CFO and lead the Group’s financial reporting, tax, and working capital processes, ensuring accuracy and driving continuous improvement. Ideally suited to an ACA trained accountant with a minimum of 4+ years post-qualification experience, this position will lead a high calibre team and is well suited to a highly ambitious accountant seeking a varied new role in a creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead year-end audits and manage auditors.
- Prepare monthly group consolidation and management accounts; manage finance reporting across the Group.
- Prepare statutory accounts for non-consolidated companies and group consolidated accounts (including IFRS16).
- Review balance sheets, cash flow, and banking covenants; support treasury management.
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and drive process improvements.
- Participate in projects such as M&A or transfer pricing.
Skills & Experience
- ACA-qualified accountant, ideally from a top 10 firm and industry experience in a group role.
- Minimum 4 years post-qualified experience.
- Prior experience with consolidations and statutory accounts.
