A global entertainment company based in Chiswick is currently seeking a Finance Assistant to join their team. Offering the opportunity to join a family run business, this is a role not to be missed. Supporting the senior management team, this role will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting.
The role:
- Coordinate with external partners regarding agreements and related payments, including issuing and tracking invoices.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support routine account administration.
- Oversee budgets across multiple activities, ensuring expenses and payments are recorded and processed correctly.
- Handle payments in different currencies and support basic exchange calculations.
- Provide administrative support on ongoing projects, including preparing documentation and updating internal records, with occasional assistance on scheduling or travel arrangements.
- Keep records up to date and organised.
- Support general office administration, including responding to enquiries and carrying out miscellaneous tasks.
The successful candidate:
- Prior finance/accounting experience will be advantageous but not essential.
