6-month contract, based in Central London Office. We’re excited to be partnering with a well-established, global music business on their search for an experienced Digital Platforms Manager to join on a temporary basis. This is a hands-on role within a busy digital team, ideal for someone with strong platform knowledge who can hit the ground running and support ongoing operations during a period of transition. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day management of major digital platforms within the music space.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of video and social media platforms (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Vevo, Soundcloud)
  • Supporting rights management, claims, conflicts and platform compliance
  • Managing account access, permissions and troubleshooting
  • Coordinating with international teams and third-party partners
  • Supporting video deliveries, updates and pitching activity
  • Providing best-practice guidance around digital content and promotion
  • Assisting with digital advertising inventory and related activity

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous music industry experience is essential
  • Strong working knowledge of YouTube and social/digital platforms
  • Comfortable working with digital dashboards and rights tools
  • Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented
  • A strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Available at short notice and happy to commit to a fixed-term contract
