We’re excited to be working with a growing business within the music and entertainment industry, looking for a Digital Marketing Team Lead to support its next stage of growth.
This is an opportunity to join an ambitious, entrepreneurial business working at the intersection of music, marketing and technology, delivering campaigns for artists, managers and record labels.
With the team expanding, they’re looking for someone who can bring together digital marketing strategy, client relationships and team leadership.
The Role
- Lead, support and develop a growing team of digital marketing campaign strategists
- Manage senior client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact
- Oversee digital campaigns across paid social platforms, including Meta, TikTok and YouTube
- Use campaign data and reporting to identify opportunities and make clear, actionable recommendations
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop long-term client relationships
- Improve processes, campaign delivery and ways of working as the business scales
- Work closely with creative, technology and marketing teams to improve campaign performance
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong experience in digital marketing, ideally within the music or entertainment industry.
- Agency experience, with a track record of managing client relationships.
- A good understanding of paid media and performance marketing, particularly Meta.
- Experience leading, mentoring or developing a team.
- A data-led and commercially minded approach, with an eye for both campaign performance and account growth.
- Someone comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment who enjoys building and improving a growing business.
