We are currently recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and growing events organisation based in Sutton. This company is making a meaningful impact in the live performance space, working with both performers and venues across the UK. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a background in customer support or sales support, who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both performers and venues, responding to enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support users of the company’s event management app, assisting with technical queries and general platform guidance.
- Coordinate schedules and availability, helping to match performers to venues and manage shift arrangements effectively.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships, providing excellent customer service and fostering a positive user experience.
- Utilise tools such as Microsoft Excel and Outlook to track bookings, update records, and manage communications.
