As an Accounting Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping customers get the most out of our cutting-edge financial software, ensuring their requirements are met through expert system configuration and implementation. Your expertise will drive customer success and provide consultancy services to a prestigious portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for implementation
- Configuring our market-leading SaaS finance solution to meet customer needs
- Leading system build workshops, data migration, and user acceptance testing
- Supporting clients through go-live and post-implementation success
- Collaborating with project delivery, support, and internal product teams
- Identifying project risks and providing strategic solutions
- Advising customers on best practices to optimise their workflows
The successful candidate:
- Experience implementing finance software solutions
- Accounting qualification (AAT, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
